Rebecca Gerome represents employers in a wide variety of cases under California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act and Title VII, including sexual harassment, retaliation and discrimination based on age, race, national origin, sex and disability. She also represents employers in other employment-related litigation, including wrongful termination and breach of contract claims. In addition, Ms. Gerome counsels employers on various issues, including terminations, wage and hour regulations, employee handbooks, and workplace harassment training.
Ms. Gerome also represents clients in litigation involving insurance coverage, construction defect, business disputes and inverse condemnation. |
